Types of Diagnostics

Auto-diagnosis tools

- Machine builder

- Forcing Orders

- Machine Speed

- Baselines (Averages)

Auto diagnostic features come from the machine class. Machine class holds information such as machine elements (mechanical parts) forcing orders, speed/RPM and data collection points. Information on machine class contruction can be found here:

Machine Structure

Machine Class: The machine class represents the full model of the machine. Includes RPM and speed variation information. Automated diagnostics are run at the machine class level

Composites: composites are composed of several components and are used for inter-component issues i.e. pulleys and gear compressors.
